How the farm grows mushrooms
Rice straw and other local agricultural by-products are used to make the substrate for growing mushrooms.
After each growing cycle, the substrate goes on to be used in other farm work, such as raising earthworms and making organic fertiliser.
Product samples are sent for testing against the relevant groups of parameters.
